SCHEDULE 5 U.K. Transfer of responsibility for local land charges to Land Registry

PART 1 U.K. Amendments to the Local Land Charges Act 1975

15 (1) Section 16 (interpretation) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (1) omit the definitions of “the appropriate local land charges register” and “the registering authority”.

(3) In subsection (1A) for “otherwise than in documentary” substitute “ in electronic ”.
