PART 1 U.K. Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986

22 (1) Section 22E (application of Act to registered societies) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (4)—

(a) omit paragraph (c), and

(b) after paragraph (e) insert—

“(f) sections 8ZA to 8ZE are to be disregarded.”

(3) Omit subsection (5).
