8 (1) Section 56 (registration appeals: England and Wales) is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (4), for “and 13B” substitute “, 13B and 13BC”.

(3) In subsection (4A), after “13B(3) or (3B)” insert “or 13BC(3) or (6)”.
