6In section 153 (bankruptcy, etc, of insured or secured persons not to affect claims by third parties), in subsection (1), for the words from “a certificate of insurance” to “security has been given,” substitute “a person has effected a policy of insurance or been given a security for the purposes of this Part of this Act,”.
