30E+W+SThe following Regulations are revoked—
(a)the Highways (Assessment of Environmental Effects) Regulations 1988 (S.I. 1988/1241);
(b)the Highways (Assessment of Environmental Effects) Regulations 1994 (S.I. 1994/1002).
