9 (1) Section 124 (convictions coming to light after grant or renewal) is amended as follows. E+W+S

(2) In the heading, omit “or renewal”.

(3) In subsection (1), omit “or renewed”.

(4) In subsection (7), omit “or renewal” (in each place where it occurs).
