57 (1) Section 130 (action plans following area inspections) is amended as follows.

(2) Omit subsection (2).

(3) In subsection (4)—

(a) omit “(2) or”;

(b) omit “the Chief Executive or”.

(4) In subsection (5), omit “Chief Executive or the”.
