28 E+W+S In section 122 (sharing of information for education and training purposes)—

(a) omit subsection (3)(a), (c), (d) and (e);

(b) in subsection (3)(f), for “any person within paragraphs (a) to (c)” substitute “ the Secretary of State ”;

(c) omit subsection (5)(a);

(d) omit subsection (6).
