5The provisions repealed by paragraph 4 continue to have effect for the purposes of the exercise by the Welsh Ministers of the power conferred on them by section 210 of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 (power by order to make provision in relation to Wales applying any provisions of sections 205 to 208 with modifications).
