Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000 (c. 43) U.K.

2 (1) Section 62 of the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000 (release on licence etc: conditions as to monitoring) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) Omit subsection (3).

(3) In the heading of that section, for “conditions as to monitoring” substitute “ electronic monitoring conditions ”.
