64 In section 66(4) (construction of references to a search)—

(a) omit paragraphs (a), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (ma), (q), (r) and (s),

(b) in paragraph (h) for “29” substitute “29(4)”,

(c) in paragraph (o) for “22” substitute “22(4)”, and

(d) after paragraph (p) insert—

“(t) Part 4 of Schedule 5 to the Consumer Rights Act 2015”.
