26(1)Paragraph 14 of Schedule 2 (applications under sections 6(1) and 8(3)) is amended as follows.
(2)For “section 9 of this Act” substitute “paragraph 14 of Schedule 5 to the Consumer Rights Act 2015”.
(3)Omit “or the production of documents”.
