35Definitions for purposes of this Part

In this Part of this Schedule—

  • “goods” has the meaning given by section 2(8);

  • “occupier”, in relation to premises, means any person an officer of an enforcer reasonably suspects to be the occupier of the premises;

  • “premises” includes any stall, vehicle, vessel or aircraft;

  • “product” means—

    1. a

      goods,

    2. b

      a service,

    3. c

      digital content, as defined in section 2(9),

    4. d

      immovable property, or

    5. e

      rights or obligations.
