Sale of Goods Act 1979 (c. 54)

35 (1) Section 61 (interpretation) is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (1) omit the following definitions—

(a) “consumer contract”;

(b) “producer”;

(c) “repair”.

(3) Omit subsection (5A).
