36E+WFor section 337 (special schools) substitute—
“337Special schools
A school is a special school if it is specially organised to make special educational provision for pupils with special educational needs, and it is—
(a)maintained by a local authority,
(b)an Academy school, or
(c)a non-maintained special school.”
