28E+WFor section 20(9)(a) (if accommodation under section 20 provided for child with agreement of person in whose favour a residence order has been made, that agreement overrides objections of a person with parental responsibility) substitute—
“(a)who is named in a child arrangements order as a person with whom the child is to live;”.
