Section 11D (further provision about contact activity conditions) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1) (contact activity condition may not be imposed on child unless child is a parent of the child concerned)—
a
for “contact order” substitute “child arrangements order”, and
b
for “a contact activity” substitute “an activity”.

In subsection (2) (excepted order may not impose contact activity condition)—
a
for “contact order” substitute “child arrangements order”, and
b
