29Proof of certain matters not necessary to validity of civil partnership

In section 52 (proof of certain matters not necessary to validity of civil partnership), in subsection (1)—

a

omit the word “or” at the end of paragraph (a);

b

at the end of paragraph (aa) insert

or

ab

that, in the case of a civil partnership to which Schedule 3A applied, any of the events listed in paragraph 2(2) to (6) of that Schedule occurred.
