(2)In subsection (1), for “information about his external physical characteristics” substitute “ biometric information ”.
(3)In subsection (2)(a) and (b), before “information” insert “ biometric ”.
(4)In subsection (3)—
(a)after paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa)biometric information”, and”;
(b)omit the “and” at the end of paragraph (b);
(c)omit paragraph (c).
