Section 66AA (water supply from water undertaker) (inserted by Schedule 2) is amended as follows.

Subsection (2) is repealed.

In subsection (3)(a), the words “or, as the case may be, subsection (2)” are repealed.

In subsection (5)—

in paragraph (a), the words “or, as the case may be, R” are repealed;
b
in paragraph (b), the words “or, as the case may be, R” are repealed.
