SCHEDULE 4 U.K. Single Source Regulations Office

Executive members: appointment and status U.K.

2 (1) The executive members of the SSRO are to be appointed by the non-executive members. U.K.

(2) A person may not be appointed as an executive member without the consent of the Secretary of State.

(3) The executive members are to be employees of the SSRO.
