112 (1) Section 53 (regulations) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (1), for “36(4)(b) or (5)(b)” substitute “ 36(5)(b) ”.

(3) Omit subsection (4).

(4) In subsection (5) omit “made by the Welsh Ministers”.
