Section 55B (reduction of additional pension in Category A retirement pension: pension sharing) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1)(a), for “a” substitute “ an old ”.

In subsection (5), for “55A above” substitute “ 55A or 55AA (as the case may be) ”.

In subsection (8), in the definition of “state scheme pension debit”, before “state” insert “ old ”.
