67 E+W+S In section 34A(4) of the Greater London Authority Act 1999 (restriction on exercise of certain powers except through a taxable body) in paragraph (b) of the definition of “company” for the words from the beginning to “1965 or” substitute “ a registered society within the meaning of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 or a society registered or deemed to be registered under ”.
