66In Part 2 of Schedule 5 to the Scotland Act 1998, in the definition of “social landlord” in Section C2 (insolvency), for “a society registered under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965” substitute “a registered society within the meaning of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014”.
