Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006 (c. 38)

44 The following provisions of the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006 (which relate to drinking banning orders) are repealed—

(a) sections 1 to 7;

(b) section 8(1) to (6);

(c) sections 9 to 14.
