5 (1) Section 211 (periodic review of drug rehabilitation requirement) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (1)—

(a) omit “responsible”, and

(b) after “subsection” insert “ (“the review officer's report”) ”.

(3) In each of subsections (6) and (7), for “responsible” substitute “ review ”.
