11 U.K. In Article 3(2)—

(a) omit the word “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (a);

(b) at the end of sub-paragraph (b) insert “, or

(c) under the Diffuse Mesothelioma Payment Scheme (established under the Mesothelioma Act 2014);”.
