National Health Service Act 2006 (c. 41) U.K.

91 U.K. In section 2A of the National Health Service Act 2006 (Secretary of State's duty as to protection of public health)—

(a) in subsection (3)(b), for “the Health and Safety Executive” substitute “ a relevant body ”;

(b) in subsection (4)(a), for “Health and Safety Executive” substitute “ relevant body ”;

(c) after subsection (4) insert—

“(5) For the purposes of subsections (3) and (4), each of the following is a relevant body—

(a) the Health and Safety Executive;

(b) the Office for Nuclear Regulation.”.
