Commencement
661.Chapters 5, 6 and 8 of Part 2, Part 5 (other than section 138(1), (4) and (5)), section 56, sections 139 to 147 and section 149, come into force two months after Royal Assent. Part 1, Chapters 1 to 4 and 9 of Part 2, sections 55, 113, 114(1), 115, 116(2), 118 and 151, and Part 7 come into force on the day on which the Act receives Royal Assent. All other provisions of the Act will be brought into force by order on a day appointed by Secretary of State. An order may appoint different days for different purposes or make transitional provision and savings.
