Interpretation

Section 25 (interpretation)—

(a)

after the definition of “Gender Recognition Panel” insert—

““protected civil partnership” means a civil partnership under the law of England and Wales;

“protected marriage” means—

(a)

a marriage under the law of England and Wales, or

(b)

a marriage under the law of a country or territory outside the United Kingdom,”;

(b)

after the definition of “registered psychologist” insert—

““statutory declaration of consent” has the meaning given by section 3(6B)(a),”.
