6Documents to be laid before Parliament

Subsection (2) applies if—
a
F1... copies of the UK Green Investment Bank's annual accounts and reports are, in accordance with section 437 of the Companies Act 2006, laid before it in general meeting, and
b
as at the date of the meeting, the Crown holds shares in F2a UK Green Investment Bank company.

The Secretary of State must, as soon as practicable after the meeting, lay a copy of the annual accounts and reports before Parliament.
