185 (1) Section 152 (certain duties in relation to providing information) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (1), for “OFT” substitute “ CMA ”.

(3) In subsection (3)—

(a) for “OFT and the Commission” substitute “ CMA ”, and

(b) for “OFT or (as the case may be) the Commission” substitute “ CMA ”.

(4) In the heading, for “OFT and Commission” substitute “ CMA ”.
