22 E+W+S In section 57 (complaints to employment tribunals: contravention of section 55 or 56), in subsection (2A), for the words from “applies” to the end substitute “ and section 207B (extension of time limits to facilitate conciliation before institution of proceedings) apply for the purposes of subsection (2)(a) ”.
