Section 71 of the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000 (access to driver licensing records) is amended in accordance with this paragraph.

a

omit “to the National Policing Improvement Agency”;

b

for “members of the staff of the Serious Organised Crime Agency” substitute “ National Crime Agency officers ”.

In subsection (2)—

a

omit “to the National Policing Improvement Agency”;

in paragraph (a)—

after “which” insert “ information may be made available to ”;
