39In section 24 of the UK Borders Act 2007 (seizure of cash by immigration officers under Proceeds of Crime Act 2002), in subsection (2)(c), for “of the rank of at least Assistant Director” substitute “at or above the grade which is designated by the Secretary of State as being equivalent to the rank of police inspector”.
