Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 2008 (c. 22) U.K.

206 U.K. In section 54(9)(a) of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 2008 (parental orders: application of the Children Act 1989) for the words after “England and Wales” substitute “—

(i) the court” means the High Court or the family court, and

(ii) proceedings on the application are to be “family proceedings” for the purposes of the Children Act 1989,”.
