(1)This Act extends to England and Wales.
(2)The provisions of this Act, except section 20 and this section, come into force on such day as the Secretary of State may appoint by order.
(3)Different days may be appointed for different purposes.
(4)This Act may be cited as the Scrap Metal Dealers Act 2013.
