Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 E+W

67 (1) Section 54 (devolution: alignment) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (2) omit paragraph (a).

(3) In subsection (3) omit paragraph (b) (but not the word “or” at the end of it).

(4) In subsection (4) omit paragraph (b) (but not the word “or” at the end of it).

(5) Omit subsection (5).
