64 In section 11 (interpretation)—

(a) in the definition of “health service body”, in paragraph (a)—

(i) omit “Strategic Health Authority,”,

(ii) for “, Local” substitute “or Local”, and

(iii) omit “or Primary Care Trust”,

(b) omit the definition of “Primary Care Trust”, and

(c) omit the definition of “Strategic Health Authority”.
