23In section 17 (special parliamentary procedure applying to compulsory purchase orders concerning certain land), in subsection (4) in the definition of “statutory undertakers”—
(a)omit paragraph (ad), and
(b)before paragraph (b) insert—
“(ae)the National Health Service Commissioning Board,
(af)a clinical commissioning group established under section 14D of the National Health Service Act 2006,”.
