SCHEDULE 5 Part 1: amendments of other enactments

174 In each of the following provisions for “NHS services” substitute “health services”—

(a) the title to Part 1,

(b) section 2(3), (4)(a) and (b), (5)(a) and (b) and (7), and

(c) the definitions of “carers”, “patients” and “staff” in section 3(7).
