137 (1) Section 273 (further provision about orders and directions) is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (3) for “by a Strategic Health Authority” substitute “by the Board”.

(3) In subsection (4)(c)(ii)—

(a) after “8,” insert “13Z1,”, and

(b) omit “15,”.
