SCHEDULE 21 Amendments relating to relationships between the health services

National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006 (c. 42)

16 In section 13 (exercise of Local Health Board functions), in subsection (3)—

(a) omit paragraph (a), and

(b) before paragraph (b) insert—

“(aa) the National Health Service Commissioning Board,

(ab) clinical commissioning groups,”.
