119 In section 150 (audit or examination of Welsh NHS charity accounts), in subsection (4)—

(a) in paragraph (b), omit the words from “all or most” to the end,

(b) in paragraph (c), omit “falling within paragraph (b)”, and

(c) in paragraph (d), omit “such”.
