Terrorism Act 2000 (c. 11) U.K.

87 (1) The Terrorism Act 2000 is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In Part 2 of Schedule 3A (supervisory authorities), in paragraph 4(1)—

(a) for paragraph (c) substitute—

“(c) the Financial Conduct Authority;”, and

(b) after paragraph (e) insert—

“(ea) the Prudential Regulation Authority;”.

(3) In Schedule 6 (financial information), in paragraph 6(1)(a), for “Part 4” substitute “ Part 4A ”.
