25 Functions relating to short selling U.K.

(1) In every provision of Part 8A of FSMA 2000 (short selling) for “Authority” or “Authority's” in each place substitute “ FCA ” or “FCA's”.

(2) Subsection (1) does not affect references to “the competent authority”.
