7A person who discloses information in contravention of paragraph 1(2) is guilty of an offence and liable—
(a)on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum, or
(b)on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for not more than 2 years or to a fine (or both).
