92 U.K. FA 1999 is amended as follows.

93 U.K. In section 81(8) (acquisitions disregarded under insurance companies concession), in the definition of “insurance company”, for “meaning of Chapter I of Part XII of the Taxes Act 1988” substitute “ meaning given by section 65 of the Finance Act 2012 ”.
