136 In section A1(2) (overview of the Corporation Tax Acts)—

(a) omit paragraph (a), and

(b) omit the “and” before paragraph (j) and after that paragraph insert—

“(k) Part 2 of FA 2012 (insurance companies carrying on long-term business),”.
